Installation Conditions Of Shower System

1. Pipe requirements are concealed piping (water pipes need to be embedded in the wall), if the pipe is exposed pipe (that is, exposed outside the wall) can not be installed, it is recommended to change the exposed pipe into concealed piping before installation (users need to find plumber to change the installation environment).

2. The pipeline shall conform to the American pipeline standards. Because the product thread is suitable for the standard NPT1/2 "American pipeline connection, if it does not conform to the pipe connection will not fit, water leakage and other conditions.

3. Our products and other products are not compatible, is suitable for the new building/renovation. If you want to use this with an existing setup, you'll need to redo the plumbing and tiling work.

Q1: What Need to Prepare Before Installation?

a. Before installation, please confirm that the installation accessories are complete according to the package drawing provided in the instruction manual. (If the parts are missing or not complete, please contact us in time)
b. The installation position should be cleaned in advance (pay attention to clean the pipeline, release the sewage inside, and confirm that the pipeline is not blocked)

Q2: What Should We Pay Attention to During Installation?

A. Valve installation

a. Valve with embedded box, can protect the valve body. Embedded box with a text reminder of which water pipe to connect.
b. After the installation of ceramic tile, the buried wall depth of the valve is 2 3/8 "-3 1/4", and the adjustable range is 13/16inch.
(If the valve is buried shallowly, the excess embedded box can be cut within the safety range of 13/16inch;If the valve is buried deep, you need to extend the operation at your own expense, please contact us and tell us the extension size)
c. The shower cartridge and diverter can be replaced without dismantling the wall.
d. Valve is equipped with check valves - installed under the shower cartridge, can prevent the water hammer.
e. After installing the valve , it is necessary to open the hot and cold water supply at the same time when testing leakage.

B. About Water Flow

Our shower system does not have any preset and can be installed to achieve maximum water flow.
a. The water flow is too low, please pay attention to check whether the pipeline is cleaned before installation, whether the shower cartridge is blocked by impurities cause the water flow is reduced.
b. The water flow is too large, please contact us for water-saving tablets. Putting the water-saving tablets into the shower head can reduce the water flow.

C. About Shower Bracket/ Shower Arm Installation

Please make sure that after laying the tiles, the distance between the dropears and the tiles is:
a. Shower Bracket = 3/8 "
b. Shower Arm = 1/4"

D. Thread Specification of The Product

a. Our thread is designed for standard NPT1/2 "pipe connection in the United States and Canada.
b. The threads used outside the pipe such as the ball joints are G1/2 ".

E. About Other Accessories

a. Black rubber o-rings are included in the package as a spare accessory. Please keep them well.
(O-rings are used on the threads of shower arm/shower bracket to prevent water leakage)
b. The square control knob is for switching rain shower to hand shower. Please adjust the rotation according to the arrow of the knob.
(Note that the preset mode of the shower system is rain shower mode. To adjust the hand shower mode, please turn to the right according to the arrow of the knob)
