Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
1. Damage and ProblemsPlease inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
2. 3. ExchangesOur products come with a 10-year warranty. This covers any defects in material or workmanship that may occur during normal use of the product. If you experience any problems during the warranty period, please contact us and we will repair or replace the product at no charge to you.
4. RefundsOnce we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and let you know if a refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original method of payment. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
